Where do I get my Jaguars Rewards ID card?
Every Jaguars Season Ticket Holder will receive one ID card for each seat on their account. The ID card is located on your ticket sheet and is perforated for easy removal.
How do I take advantage of the Jaguars Rewards offers?
Saving money is easy. When you find a merchant you want to visit, just print out the coupon (if applicable) and show your ID card at the time of purchase.
Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Merchant FAQs
How do I become a participating Merchant?
This program is open to all Jacksonville area merchants. However, the Jaguars reserve the right to refuse offers based on conflicts with Exclusive partners of the team. Also, offers to ticketholder must be approved and deemed valuable to be included in the Rewards program.

Who can use the Merchant offers in the Rewards program?
All season ticket holders are eligible to participate. Ticketholders will receive an ID card with each season ticket. These cards along with the any required coupons are the way to track and/or manage the discounts.
How long does the offers last?
The link to the offer on the website allows for the Merchant to put an expiration date for the offer. In some cases, the Merchant will leave the offer the same for the season. This allow each Merchant to determine the length their offer is available.
What do I need to provide to the Jaguars to have an offer in the Jaguars Rewards program?
For starters, simply fill out the contact form with some basic info about your business. Once you get a login from us, you'll need a basic description of your business, your logo, a list of the participating locations, and of course, an offer.
How do I get out of the program?
Click here to have your offer removed. However, if season ticketholders have printed a coupon with an offer that has an expiration date at a later time, Merchant will be expected to honor the offer.
Can I promote this and where can I promote my involvement?
We encourage you to promote your participation in the Jaguars Rewards program in any of your existing media. However, all promotional spots must be approved by the Jaguars in advance. Click here to request a Jaguars Rewards logo and authorization for use in your marketing.
